Shipping Info

How can I get free shipping?
  • Some items can have free shipping. If that’s the case, it’s written in the product description.
  • However, if you order other things along with the item that comes with free shipping, you may have to pay for shipping if you want them to be shipped together in the same package.
  • IMPORTANT: Please make sure you have selected the free shipping method at checkout, otherwise you’ll be charged for shipping anyway.


When is my order shipped?
Orders are usually processed and shipped in 2-5 business days. You will receive a notification email once your order has been shipped.
How much does shipping cost?
To see the most accurate and up to date shipping cost, place all the items you want to buy in the cart and then go to your cart page. Click on “Calculate shipping” and enter the country you want to ship to. Then click on the “Update totals” button and you will see how much your order will be.

Note: combining different types of items can significantly change the shipping cost because the prices depend on the total size and weight of the order. For example, buying A4 art prints separately from zines has a lower shipping cost for both items than when shipping them as a single order. If you want to save on shipping, one way to do that is by placing multiple orders to keep the shipping costs lower. That’s up to you.

Where do you ship from?
Teacup Goblins is located in Estonia.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Depending on where you live:

  • 7-14 business days in the EU
  • 2-4 weeks for international orders (USA, UK, Australia etc)

Please note: shipping times may vary a lot in the USA. I’ve had orders arrive in a week’s time, and other orders have taken around 5 weeks or more. Unfortunately I have no control over delivery times once I have mailed the orders. Thank you for your patience!

If it takes longer than 5 weeks then please contact us about your order.

What shipping options do you offer?
Flat rate shipping (untracked) and shipping with tracking. Prices depend on the weight and size of the items, and your region. You can see the exact price at checkout.

If you choose shipping with tracking then I will email you the tracking number once I’ve mailed your order.

Free shipping for orders over 50 EUR is with tracking.

Where is my order? I have waited over a month and it still hasn't arrived.
If it takes longer than 5 weeks then please contact me about your order. While shipping times can vary, orders should usually arrive within that time period. In rare instances it may take longer. Don’t hesitate to contact me with any questions about your order. šŸ™‚


Do you accept returns?
Yes. You can only return items in their original condition and packaging or if you have received a wrong item by mistake. Contact me within 14 days of receiving your item. Buyers need to pay for shipping fees for returned items.
I ordered something and I'm not happy with the item. Can I get a refund?
I check every order to ensure quality is top notch so I won’t ship low quality or defective items but in case you are not happy with your order please contact me and we can discuss it.
Can I cancel my order?
If your item has not been shipped yet, then yes, you can. You will get a refund in that case. If your item has been shipped already, and you return it to us, then we can give you a refund. Please note you will have to pay for the shipping when you return items.
